I was on a podcast today. I got invited to talk about AI. (good times)

I laid out our story with AI in our business and how we got obsessed with implementing and building solutions to help our company.

So how’d we do that? 

Consistency.

That’s what most people miss about AI. If you build it right, it's consistent.

I didn’t say “perfect” or “flawless.” Consistent. 

It’s well known that we use Conduit.ai as our primary engine at Haven. It's a reliable tool.

There are several other tools to help short term rental operators accomplish the same goal. 

It is possible to get your automation high, to get the business value from that, and also to increase your hospitality output.

It’s important to reverse engineer your desired outcome and also the problems you are solving.

- “What happens when guests experience a broken door lock?”
- “What happens when a guest reports a broken blender?”
- “What happens when the AC goes out?”

Stress test your solutions. Come up with the scenarios and build off the scenarios.

My team and I do this for operators all the time. I’m having multiple conversations today about this.

We analyze the business to determine any specific scenarios that we haven’t thought of, then we run our playbook and build solutions for them.

I want to be extremely clear: you can do this yourself.
